As part of a final-stage strategic evaluation, I conducted a time-bound content audit and developed a flagship campaign concept for HubSpot for Startups, a program supporting early-stage founders with education and discounted access to HubSpot’s AI-powered CRM platform.

The proposal repositioned the content strategy around AI-native GTM category ownership, introduced an interactive flagship asset to compress founder decision-making, and articulated a differentiated POV on how AI-native teams should approach GTM in an era of accelerated execution.
