SimplePractice is a B2B2C cutting-edge practice management software that empowers over 150K+ behavioral health therapists to streamline and optimize their business operations. While the majority of my time was focused on marketing and content strategies for Monarch – the company's latest B2C product offering that connects individuals with a therapist – I also supported various projects for the core SimplePractice product as needed to ensure the overall success of the company.

When a colleague took an extended leave for roughly 6 weeks, I stepped up to manage their ownership across high-priority content on SimplePractice's social and community marketing channels, including developing a successful World Mental Health Day video campaign, coordinating press announcements, and ensuring the smooth launch of a new brand campaign across organic channels. I adeptly navigated the changes in priorities, owned various team communications, and took on this additional responsibility while continuing to deliver my other projects.
